Terms of Service for ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials in ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

5. In-App Purchases

ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant offers in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA)

The following terms are from Apple's Standard EULA and apply to your use of ChartPal - AI Trading Assistant:

a. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

b. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application.

c. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part thereof.

d. The Application may enable access to Licensor's and third party services and web sites. Use of these services may require Internet access and that you accept additional terms of service.

e. You agree that the Application contains proprietary content, information and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
